Aster joined us six years ago having
worked in the construction industry abroad for over a decade.

In July 2021 he started his Carpentry
Apprenticeship with ELE and BCITO. With his experience verified and some real
dedication to getting the job done, he completed his apprenticeship in 16
months.

Congratulation Aster for becoming a
New Zealand Qualified Tradesman!

The ELE Apprenticeship Programme aims
to have over 100 apprentices working toward their Trade Certificates by the end
of March 2023.
